Chef Marcos Spaziani has been impressing everyone with his exemplary culinary skills for the past 25 years. Most recently, Marcos was featured in season 3 of “Below Deck Sailing Yacht” as one of their most famous and experienced chefs. In this season, Marcos amazes everyone, including his Parsifal III charter guests, with his extraordinary culinary skills. Apart from being a well-known and skilled chef, Marcos is also an entrepreneur hailing from Caracas, Venezuela. Chef Marcos attended culinary school in Venezuela and then spent time traveling to the furthest corners of the globe acquiring a variety of skills from many of the world’s top chefs. A few years ago, after relocated from Miami, FL to Los Angeles, CA, Marcos accepted the position of Corporate Chef at "Taste", a well-known Los Angeles restaurant. There, he met Louis Huh, who was an Executive Chef at another restaurant within the corporation. The two started collaborating and were soon creating amazing dishes and raising volume for the restaurant owners. Realizing they worked well together, Marcos and Louis decided to start their own business with the intent of providing fantastic culinary experiences for customers at a reasonable price. They felt this was an amazing idea, because then anyone could enjoy their gourmet food. Shortly after, the two business partners launched "ML Eats" which started out as a gourmet food truck and has since expanded to include restaurant consulting, catering and private gourmet events. In addition to ML Eats, Marcos has established his own restaurant "Under One Roof" and also become associated with "The Burrow" and "Marlou", all of which are well known eateries in Los Angeles, CA.
